Sales Agents/Consultants – Dach, Nordics, Benelux at FrescoFrigo We are looking for 3 Sales/Consultants each one focused on one of these 3 regions: 1) Dach area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), 3) Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg) You will develop the strategy for identifying, closing, and growing key target leads within the Food Retail Network; you will partner with potential client’s Director and C-level executives guiding them through a complex sales cycle supported by our team, tailoring unique value propositions and teaching them the value of our innovative Retail automation technology . You will deal directly with the CEO of FrescoFrigo and be considered part of our fantastic team. Who We Are FrescoFrigo is a Food-Tech Innovative Startup born in 2018 that develops and sells an unmanned, reliable, and plug&play smart fridge along with its software suite for Automated Operations. Our strong point is the software, and this is because, in addition to attracting talents in the tech world, during our first business model, we were direct managers of hundreds of fridges around the world, and this has led us to build the best tools to manage the smart fridge business. We target Catering companies, Food producers, Vending Operators, and in general any reality that wants to upgrade offices, retail spaces, or canteens with an innovative, high-tech solution to offer food and drinks. We recently closed another investment round and we aim to duplicate sales in the next 3 years Our Technology is proprietary : the software and IoT components have been fully designed and developed by FrescoFrigo throughout 4 years of R&D Our Product is proven : we sold it in 6 countries and we are currently the official provider of some big players in the catering and vending world. Responsibilities Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal Research prospects for new business opportunities Find key decision-makers in the client, present our technology, build proposals, and negotiate terms to close the deal Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements Collect and analyze information, prepare data and sales reports Qualifications Proven experience in Food Retail, selling products/services in companies in your territory Knowledge and established network in the Food Retail market Experience dealing with cross-functional stakeholders during the sales process (e.g. IT, -Procurement, Finance, Operations) at all levels of seniority Experience managing 3 to 6-month sales cycles Fluency in English is a must What can we offer you: Fast-growing start-up with the opportunity to make a real impact Compensation through commission fee at the conclusion of the deal (to be agreed) Variable package which might include a Stock option plan in the long term J-18808-Ljbffr
