We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about eCommerce and who can express strong consumer-driven analytics knowledge and relevant commercial skills at international level to impact Logitech business and help us make the difference

The Amazon Customer Marketing Specialist will support the Amazon South Head on a daily basis and it will be responsible for helping the cluster in the growth with the customer. You will work together with a wider EU team and relevant Amazon contacts to build and implement an annual & quarterly plan, utilising available budgets to deliver the targets. You will collaborate broadly with your local multi-national team as well as leverage EU guidelines and directions.

In this role you will contribute to:

  • Overall performance of the account, achieving assigned targets for profitable sales growth (alongside Amazon South Head)
  • Prepare consolidated business reporting (according to established deadlines) for your direct supervisor and for the Leadership team
  • Coordinate sales reporting and monitor sales results identifying potential threats to the business for south cluster;
  • Use a variety of data to analyse the performances, the market trends and all the main marketing KPis (i.e. IHS, Traffic, CR, Competition) helping to bring under control all the metrics across all touch points on Amazon
  • Successful analysis and proofreading of keywords strategy on Amazon
  • Support KAMs on promotional level (product selection, discounts level, implementations, etc)
  • Manage the Budget process and Marketing activations;
  • Support the Amazon South Head on Quarterly planning (Presentations, Data, KPIs, Funds)
  • Manage Amazon for Business opportunities in alignment with KAMs
  • Work closely with the Amazon Customer Marketing Specialists within the cluster to secure the best implementation of marketing activities
  • Work closely with the central Logitech team to improve management of Logitech on Amazon Italy, Spain and Portugal in line with the EU guidelines
  • Best practice sharing throughout the South Cluster and pan-EU when appropriated.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team

  • Degree in Economics / Marketing or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and able to analyse data sets
  • Strong knowledge of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus
  • Proven years of experience
  • Excited by Digital, eCommerce and mainly Amazon
  • Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter who displays a sense of urgency and is willing to push the boundaries
  • A team player, enthusiastic about working in an international profile
  • Strong Excel, Powerpoint skills and analytics. GSuite knowledge is a plus
  • Energised by a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity and experience with Amazon is a plus
