Reebok | Our new office in Via Turati Milan is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE 
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations to lead the planning and delivery of marketing projects for Reebok Europe

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • You will work closely with Head of Marketing Operations and be responsible for the planning and organisation of the daily operations of marketing projects for Reebok Europe
    • Design and communicate processes and ways of working to ensure efficient delivery of marketing projects, ensuring projects meet kick off and go live deadlines, in line with production goals and are delivered on time and in line with budget
    • Be responsible for sourcing and onboarding tools and technologies to streamline processes, tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and servicing levels.
    • You will manage 1 direct report and in time help build the marketing operations function of the brand
    • Manage the budget for all marketing activities

WHO YOU ARE

    • You have extensive experience managing operations within a marketing function for a large organisation
    • You are highly organised and an excellent communicator
    • You have experience designing and rolling out ways of working to a broader team
    • You have experience with vendor management and have a strong knowledge of tools and technologies to help ensure the efficient management of marketing workflows
    • You have some experience leading or mentoring a team
