Bulgari Spa,within its Corporate Finance Department based in Rome, is looking for a WW Payment & Fraud Specialist
Mission:
The payment and fraud specialist will support the payment and fraud management for both the in-store and e-commerce sales. The role is to support innovation and issues related to different payment methods and acquiring providers, providing the market with the best solution.
She/He will be involved in various projects cooperating with different countries with the aim to elevate the customers’ payment experience and optimizing the payment flows.
She/He must be innovative and with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Main Accountabilities:
- Payment/acquiring/fraud control systems monitoring and set-up
- Daily support on ecommerce and retail payments
- Helping the devolvement of reporting tools
- Supporting the analysis on the payment performance
- Contribute and actively participation in cross-functional projects
Profilo
Professional Skills:
- University Degree in Business Administration
- Knowledge of digital payment process and fraud management tools (e-commerce and in-store)
- 1/3 years of experience in similar roles
- Excel, Power Point, Power BI and generally excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English, a second language is considered as a plus (ideally French)
