Beauty/ Luxury background preferred Job Description Our client is an international premium beauty brand with global footprint. They are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join as a Marketing Manager for their Asia Distributor Markets. Job Objective: In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading all brand marketing investments in line with global strategy across six key Asia markets. Your mission will be to ensure consistent and luxurious execution of marketing initiatives, including product launches, CRM activations, and PR campaigns. By closely collaborating with the Regional and Global Brand teams, you will drive the reflection of our brand ambition in each market. Responsibilities: Managing the A&P budget for each market, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment, and collaborating closely with marketing teams to define yearly marketing priorities based on market and consumer insights. Overseeing product marketing activities, including developing launch plans, market mix strategies, and post-launch evaluations, while maintaining global consistency and ensuring the successful implementation of brand strategies. Reviewing and optimizing CRM action plans and KPIs monthly, driving business growth, and negotiating data co-ownership programs to enhance customer relationship management. Collaborating with Distributor Markets to review and align PR, communication, and events plans with the global brand strategy, ensuring luxurious execution and organizing Distributor markets meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Developing and empowering the DM brand team members, providing guidance on brand’s global strategy, and ensuring best-in-class execution at all touchpoints, while effectively interfacing with internal stakeholders. Requirements: Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines Minimum 9 years of experience in beauty or luxury marketing, with a proven track record in executing 360 marketing strategies. Experienced in Distributor management and Asia market is essential. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with flexibility, ensuring efficient project management and timely delivery of initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, displaying a proactive mindset and taking initiative to drive results and overcome challenges. Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Chinese, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and markets in the Asia region.
