JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible for managing the global SEO strategy and SEO team for Prada Group websites including Prada.com, miumiu.com, church-footwear.com, pasticceriamarchesi.com and carshoe.com. Aside from the strategic work, the job requires a large level of operational involvement on a complex infrastructure. Therefore, a high-level of technical ability and independence is expected. The applicant should be familiar with all aspects of SEO including Technical, Content, Off-site, Local SEO. The job will require to manage projects in Agile and work with various internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and activities, both in support of other projects as well as managing resources and support for your own strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES Tech auditing the website either for specific tasks and project or on an ongoing basis. Implementing and maintaining best practices for international SEO strategy. Work with agency and content teams to create and implement content/editorial strategies in order to improve visibility for strategic terms. Working with UX/UI, E-commerce and merchandising teams to implement structure and information architecture changes to the website based on data and analysis. Work with internal SEO team and agency to update keyword research, meta tags and other strategic content across al main markets: EU, Americas, APAC, Middle East. Offsite auditing and link acquisition strategy creation. Local SEO strategy and implementation, making sure we improve the visibility of our listing across all platforms as well as maintaining correct NAP information, handling errors, which lead to listings being unpublished and assisting in the correct launch of new listings. Work alongside Paid Performance team to work on strategy and common goals. Working with the PO team as a technical lynchpin between retail innovation, IT and other developers. Monthly and quarterly reporting on all main KPIs for organic traffic for the main websites as well as reporting on Local SEO KPIs too KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum 8 years of experience in the eCommerce space, ideally with fashion industry experience Must have at least 4 Years’ experience managing multilingual websites in multiple markets. Proven experience of strategies in optimizing in competitive international markets Experience managing other people and managing work in a distributed team environment Use of analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Qlik Experience with AEM as well as working with JS frameworks and Single Page Applications Proven experience handling large website migrations. Ability to understand technical constraints and ways to work around them Proven Ability to work in Agile and on Digital Transformation projects as well as being able to manage projects in a distributed team environment. Must know how to use tools such as Jira and Confluence correctly. Fluent in Italian and English Ability to use the following tools: Screaming Frog SEMrush (or similar tools) YEXT (or other similar 3rd party tool) & Google Business Profile Kleecks Akamai Webmaster Tools (Various Search Engines)
