A few examples of your responsibilities Ensure the correct configuration of all the SaaS we use, optimizing for productivity and security. Troubleshoot a wide range of software and hardware issues, providing on-site support. Boost Spooners’ efficiency by supporting them with technical issues and providing proper training on tool usage, especially during their on- and off-boarding. Take an active role in identifying the company’s infrastructural needs in terms of equipment, and help define the plan to fulfill them—always with an eye on boosting Spooner productivity and enjoyment. Help set up the hardware and software for company events, both live-streamed and in-person, and make sure everything works perfectly. If needed, manage critical tech emergencies on 24/7 rotations with your teammates. Manage the office network, taking care of both the hardware and software. What we look for Passion. If necessary, you may be on an on-call rotation to provide emergency tech support for the company. You live in Milan, or are ready to relocate. If you need to relocate for the position, we typically cover reasonable transportation and moving expenses, provide up to three months of temporary accommodation, and help you and your close family members with visa support if necessary. Competitive salary and stock options. Our compensation packages are designed to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. The entry-level compensation package for this position includes a salary of 46,604, extra pay of 5,642, and a welfare bonus of 1,200. Compensation can grow rapidly as the individual accumulates experience and translates it into greater and greater impact. The individual can choose to receive part of their pay in equity at a discounted value, rather than in cash.
