The professional will define manual assembly process for new products or improvement projects, and he/she will work in cross functional teams and coordinate internal or external resources. We need innovation and passion in lean production to be on the cutting edge Responsibilities Analyze projects with R&D and Operation, validate and implement the best process to ensure safety, quality, time and costs for manual assemblies and suggest equipment to develop with Technology department Define production Time & Method Improve rules and standards of manufacturing process Develop tools in order to manage activities/resources Lead improvement projects on the shop floor and value stream Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress Requirements Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles of Lean Manufacturing, Office package in particular Excel Experience in assembly process. Team Player with leadership Strong practical sense Good English Available for short trips Wellness oriented Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, Passion and Ethics complete the desired profile.
