If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Product Manager What you will be doing This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will be part of a Feature Team of the Product division. On one side you’ll work closely with your Tech,UX and BI team members focusing on specific projects or products that can either be for internal use or for our end users. On the other side you’ll liaise with all business stakeholders in collecting/defining their needs. In details you will: Analyze product usage in order to optimize all the features Monitor users feedbacks in order to evaluate new features that might be required Being an evangelist within the company on how internal request should be raised and written Ensure request requirements are fully understood by the Tech team Help your team anticipate and remove blockers that might negatively affect the process developments Work closely with Quality Assurance team on application/systems improvements and bug fixings Define testing criteria for product acceptance What we need We’re looking to attract talented professionals who share our passion for Satispay’s opportunity, the belief that people experience builds healthy enduring companies and positively impacts people’s lives. If you’re looking for a career opportunity where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: Ability to work well with internal teams, including marketing, engineers, business developers, quality assurance, and operations Have enough Tech background to be able to work with the engineers and understand them Ability to assess emerging products and services measuring their potential value for Satispay Fluent knowledge of Italian and English – both written and spoken Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the fintech industry is a plus You are: An excellent communicator and relationship builder A very quick learner and adapts fast Proactive thinker, with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milano. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock options plan available.
