Key Responsibilities Grow the Southern Europe book of business in both gross and net revenue, by initiating, leading and managing Taboola’s business opportunities on both the supply and the demand side Meet and exceed ambitious expansion goals on all fronts Lead by example and continuously build a team of excellent performers, promoting accountability, drive and execution Directly manage the sales effort to advertisers and publishers, enabling sales leaders to grow their teams and inspire them Personally create, maintain and grow meaningful partnerships and relationships with key publishers, advertisers and advertising agencies across Southern Europe Integrate Taboola’s new products into existing clients, and help bring about a new generation of products based on market feedback and a strategic reading of the needs map in your region Develop a first rate understanding of Taboola’s platform and be able to lead the charge of bringing it to the local market As a member of EMEA leadership team, take an active role in shaping and implementing the region’s strategy, and helping to create an inspiring and productive environment both in our London hub and our remote offices Become an integral part of the company’s Global Sales Management team providing input from the European market and implementing any decisions in the territory Work with your direct reports – country manager(s) and senior sales leaders – to create and implement a detailed, scalable business operating plan and deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and exTAC targets Candidate requirements: Must haves: Proven sales, account management and leadership skills with a real passion for growing a business across multiple markets, directly engaging with key customers and collaborating with peers across different functional teams Be able to motivate and engage others by setting clear business priorities and providing a good understanding of the context and strategic direction of the business A track record of building, coaching and mentoring high performing teams, and inspiring others to ‘go the extra mile’ Ability to integrate others’ opinions and drivers to create a way forward; build an inclusive culture of involvement; lead by example through encouraging diversity of opinion and challenging others if they inhibit this; understand unspoken meanings and motivations of others and able to navigate these successfully Possess an overall positive attitude; strike the balance between establishing high standards, enabling team members to achieve and holding them accountable Adaptable and comfortable in an international environment within a matrix organisation Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers; strong collaboration and influencing skills A champion of simplification as a way of addressing inefficiencies in processes and systems and structures; removes unnecessary structures and processes A solid understanding of budgeting and business planning A result driven and highly entrepreneurial mindset Advantageous: Speaking one of the regional language is a must, speaking more than one is a plus Proven ability to penetrate new markets from go to market creation to successful execution Excellent understanding of digital advertising technology, video, and publisher revenue ecosystems Well connected within the digital media market, either advertiser or publisher, and display a strong understanding of the EMEA digital market Why choose Taboola?
