Move with us for a better world Mission of the Role We are looking for a Digital Operations Director who will manage the Digital Area know-how in terms of operational expertise, including, but not limited to, the evolution of the hardware platform and related embedded software, the software quality and the customer support. The professional will cooperate within a Digital Area made up of 100 people and will ensure the development of the softwares with respect to corporate objectives. Key Role Responsibilities Defines and manages the budget and the resources for the development of the areas of expertise Manages the technological and operational partners to facilitate, where appropriate, the outsourcing of development activities while keeping the control and know-how of the product development Manages the operational frequence of the hardware and embedded software development’s roadmap and the optimization of the development costs Ensures the correct application of GSP processes and contributes to their continuous improvement by defining procedures, methodologies and tools to track and increase the team effectiveness Manages and coordinates the relationship with the areas that interact with the software development function, from the equipment development to the after sales and the content factory. Plans and controls the collaborators’ tasks to facilitate their professional development on both technical and transversal/managerial skills Requirements MSc or Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering or similar. 10 years of experience working in a Tech company with an in-house software testing and customer support departments Solid knowledge of the budgeting and optimization of the development costs Customer-oriented mindset Previous experiences in a Cloud based organization with an international presence EEO Statement Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
