If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Growth Product Manager What you will be doing We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Growth Product Manager to drive the growth of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, user acquisition, user retention, and monetization. As the Growth Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, develop growth strategies, and implement initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue. This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will help the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries) in activities such as: Analyse user data and identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization Work with the design and development teams to identify and prioritise product features that will drive growth Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and optimise them for maximum impact Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention Monitor industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our growth strategies Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviours Manage A/B testing and experiments to optimise user engagement and conversion rates What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. You have: 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions Experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies Experience in A/B testing and experimentation Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization Fluency in English, both written and spoken Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus You are: Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently An excellent communicator and relationship builder A very quick learner and adapts fast Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment Proactive thinker, with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milano. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock options plan available.
