CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – GLOBAL | B2B Market Role and Mission The role, formally named Global Inside Sales Manager , is a new organizational position within the customer service international team (Europe, US, China, 10 FTE), designed to guarantee a strategic command to the process and system evolution and both a strategic and an operative support to the growth f activities required, due to a more responsive market, to successful solutions provided and to a performing sales team. The new hired will report to the Global Head of Sales and Marketing Recycling and will be responsible for: managing processes and optimize the order flow process globally in CRM in close cooperation with local Inside Sales Team; managing a team of 10 people and making the members working in a synchronize way independently from the location region they are sit; communicating with customers, in case of difficult situation; maintaining and organizing file documents, updates, and product information; visiting few times a year Key Customers, with the local Sales Managers, to meet the interface at customers side and create team value and long term relationship; ensuring sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met; supporting sale managers with project documents (Offers, CRM management, Orders flow etc.). coordinating inside sales team to meet deadlines, collect signatures and prepare document packages. executing order process sales analysis, preparing sales reports and presentations on request; collaboration with other departments, administrative support of the sales team, ad hoc requests, preparation of customer events and travel management; supporting in updating and translating company documentation (offer template, offers, test reports, presentations, brochures, website, etc.). The company Our client is the most growing division of a listed corporation, with a Nord European origin and a German HQ. The company is a niche technical player (but with strong numbers: >1billion X 4.500 Empl.) in the value chain of the circular economy, designing and producing recycling advanced solutions for any industry which can benefit from an innovative approach to the waste and production scrap management. Competencies and target profile Bachelor’s degree business or technical school/university 5 years of experience as Inside Sales Manager – Customer Service Manager – Head of Order Management, … or similar positions in B2B industrial markets. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), CRM experience 365 it is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Fluent English knowledge, a second language is an advantage, too Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close is preferable. Analytical and organizational skills Condition and Location The position is based in Parma or Milan with a possible full remote scheme or following the already in place Smart Working Policies.
