Project manager

The ideal candidate will be included in the modefinance Fintech team as a Project Manager . The figure will be responsible for supporting and, over time, replacing the sales function, in the start-up and subsequent phases of an implementation and customization project for modefinance products. The candidate will have to deal with: collecting the business requirements of the project, consulting all the stakeholders on the client side; draw up the technical project documentation; sharing the estimated effort with the commercial function for the purpose of economic quantification. If the customer accepts the contractual and project proposal, the candidate will have to manage and organize the internal team that will take care of the execution and delivery of the project. She/he will be responsible for ensuring that the releases coincide with the technical documentation, and that the quality standards and release times are punctually respected. Finally, the PM will have to deal with the definition of the test terms and the final release. All this, with a view to constant improvement of modefinance products and services to support customers, in order to provide an excellent continuous product development service. This role will be based in our modefinance offices in Milan , Italy with regular travel expected to the HQ in Trieste, Italy. Activities You will: Collect the project Business Requirements from customers; Interpret the Business Requirements in a technical proposal for product implementation / development, accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (deliverables and release GANTT included); Involve the company figures necessary for the correct fulfillment of the previous point; Interact and coordinate the relevant corporate functions, in the executive phase, to ensure compliance with the times and contents set out in the technical project documentation; Interact and take care of the technical relationship with customers, during the requisition and execution phases of the project. Requirements Must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Finance or Management Engineering Previous experience in managing complex projects/project management Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level) Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status?
