Promotion Manager – Epic Sony Music Entertainment Italy is looking for a Promotion Manager Epic, starting September 2023. The candidate, reporting directly to the Head of Promotion Epic. What you’ll do: Create, implement and manage Promotional plans for Epic roster Artists; Structure the launch of singles and albums, organize radio interviews, television appearances, coordinate press/web activities and social publishing plans; Manage relations with national, regional and local radio in order to implement the radio broadcasting of the songs of the repertoire Epic; Manage and cultivate relationships with decision makers of all media (radio, tv, press); Manage projects in synergy with the Marketing Team and other internal department; Support Artists to TV shows/events; Drafting and/or supervising press releases; Design and organize press conferences/launch events; Maintain a constant flow of strategic with Management and Artists. Who you are: Degree or master’s degree in communication, music economics or related fields; Strong track record in the launch of artists and communication campaigns in Italian local market; Previous experience in a similar role; Excellent network with the media and relations; Experience in using PR analysis tools; Deep passion for music; Creativity and curiosity to think outside the box; Team player; Strong orientation to the results; Familiarity with online content (it is preferable experience with WordPress and content management systems); Good multitasking capability. Excellent communication, relational skills, good proactivity and flexibility complete the profile.
