Italian Hospitality Collection | Full time We are lookingfor an HR Manager as part of a wider complex composed of the new opened ConradChia Laguna Sardinia, first Conrad in Italy and Baia di Chia Resort SardiniaCurio Collection by Hilton. The goal of this role is to create and maintain a culturebased on trust, passion, motivation and commitment. The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of allnecessary human resources strategies, operational policies and processes,including recruitment, training, quality standards, incentive programs, budgetand labor cost control. He responds functionally to the Group Director of HR,People & Culture and hierarchically to the General Manager of the Resortwith whom he will have a constant interaction. Requisiti Strategicability to effectively communicate and influence all levels ofstakeholders, including Senior Leadership Ensureprofessional and efficient use of all systems, in line with business bestpractices and standard operating procedures Excel instressful situations, including change management and the ability toconstantly manage the difficulties and obstacles associated withmulti-location operation of a seasonal hotel Create andimplement best practices and standard operating procedures for the HRteam, to ensure the highest standards of recruitment processes andtraining programs Supervision ofpersonnel needs planning and related professional development Implementationof processes and procedures within People Management Overseesthe labor cost budget, works to improve labor costs and productivityoutcomes in line with business goals and strategies Analyzethe learning and development needs of the hotel at all levels and createtraining programs and action plans necessary to ensure quality standardsand levels of engagement Establishand implement recruitment, selection, placement Develophigh-level leadership and talent growth pathways and direct initiativesfocused on success planning, diversity and inclusion Createa comprehensive annual division budget with an emphasis on recruitment,employee relations, and learning and development · Consolidated experience inresearch and selection, training and talent development. Listed below are the mandatory requirementsrecognized as minimum level to be short listed for this role: Aminimum of 5 years of experience as a senior leader in HR position within thehospitality industry (luxury segment and resorts preferred) Aminimum of 2 years of experience with opening or seasonal resorts Proven track record in guiding and successfully implementing changes andintegration in complex and articulate businesses Solid operational knowledge of HR operating systems (i.e. Zucchetti), ITsoftware and HR/Payroll systems Good knowledge of Excel and excellent presentation skills via PowerPoint orother tools Fluent in English (written and spoken) Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities for fastdata processing Good listening skills and ability to anticipate businessneeds Well-developed interpersonal skills, adaptive influenceand vision management skills High level of motivation, determination and commitment Proactivity, strategicvision High ability to monitorthe working climate among employees helping to establish a positive business climate We offer a permanent contract with a stable projectwithin a dynamic and constantly growing and evolving Group, with careerprospects.
