Reporting to the VP of Group Logistics Operations, the Supply Chain Logistics Operations Analyst will work towards improving and optimizing our logistic processed, and capabilities and support performance-driven projects. You will interface with global and business areas located team of logistics and actively work within the community to improve results and ways of working. The scope of the role covers: •Support all finished good logistics operations – primary & secondary transportation, warehousing operations as well as group-wide logistics processed, capabilities and improvements. •Assist on logistics projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and content with the project’s results, thereby guaranteeing adherence to both project scope and timeline. A regular day at work: •Support on the day-to-day updates and activities of on-going and new projects of the area, by helping with internal & external stakeholder management and making sure that all parties concerned are working towards delivering the best solution. •Support the follow-up of logistics processes, best practices leverages in BAs, root cause identification together with SC performance management & analytics lead, identify and execute improvements in logistics. •Take ownership for key logistics projects on the group level and support the process to facilitate exchange, knowledge, and best practice sharing for the logistics community. •Support BA processes & capability owners and join the logistics process & capability community jointly with BA counterparts. It is preferred: •Any previous experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields, but not mandatory. •Knowledge of Power BI and SAP but not mandatory.
