Job Description We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Controller within Leathergoods Quality area who will join our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza). How you will contribute: Realizzare, nel rispetto degli input creativi, semilavorati intrecciati di pelletteria che abbiano caratteristiche di replicabilità produttiva (ad es. sviluppo forme o altre attrezzature, predisposizione di procedure, suggerimenti di migliorie nelle tecniche di realizzazione); Controllare la qualità delle commesse di produzione, di campionario e di ordini speciali degli articoli di pelletteria e piccola pelletteria, valutando la fase di intreccio ed i processi di produzione osservando quanto previsto dalla documentazione tecnica, dai capitolati e dai requisiti standard del Gruppo; Rilevare eventuali criticità legate a problematiche tecnico-qualitative ed occuparsi della loro risoluzione garantendo gli standard qualitativi e rispettando le tempistiche dettate dalla produzione; Seguire, monitorando la catena di produzione, la messa a punto dei primi lotti di produzione sulla base delle indicazioni tecniche a disposizione; Interfacciarsi con enti tecnici (principalmente ingegneria e modelleria) e con la catena di fornitura al fine di garantire il continuo e corretto allineamento dei fornitori agli standard richiesti dal Gruppo. Who you are: Diploma istituto tecnico pelletteria; Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di 5/10 anni; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia; Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese costituirà titolo preferenziale; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel); Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative.
