Coordinate the Sportsbook offer, screening to detect new sports, competitions and markets to be added. Coordinate the Gaming offer, screening to detect new potential games or providers to be added. Coordinate the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders, in order to make sure that product enhancements and new functionalities are delivered in time and with high standards. Ensure that the Sportsbook and Gaming products are up to date and optimize onsite contents to ensure the best user experience. Coordinate the certification processes with regulator, to ensure that new games, new Sportsbook competitions and new Sportsbook markets are authorized. Ensure all activities are carried out with an high standard, whilst maintaining high standards for compliance and regulation as well as customer experience. Work with our internal support teams and external suppliers, liaising on possible issues that might arise. Support Customer Service being a direct point for escalations. Testing new contents or functionalities and support CRM in testing promotions. Be involved in ideation of Sportsbook promotions and campaigns. Gathering competitor insights and gap analysis. You are good at: 2 years experience in online gaming 1 year experience in the Sportsbook field Italian mother tongue Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general J-18808-Ljbffr
