Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Manager, Operations Date: Jul 5, 2023 Location: Breganze, IT Manager, Operations The Manager, Operations, will overall in-charge of the Production and Logistics department and all related functions. The incumbent will lead manufacturing operations in Breganze including Assembly, Fabrication, Manufacturing Engineering and Logistic. – Plan and Control the performance of manufacturing operational (KPIs) – Support actions to realize performance of indirect operational impactors (site-KPI’s) – Manage resource planning, investment and budgeting – Manage the facilities plant – Coordination and cooperation with other function heads to realize goals – Initiation and Management of Projects aligned with company development goals What You Will Do: – Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and reduce costs. – Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor operational metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and take corrective actions as needed. – Quality Assurance: Cooperate with quality Manager in order to ensure products/services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations. – Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on business operations. – Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such us customer service, to align operational activities and support overall business objectives. – Generate and implement improvement plans to reduce costs and improve plant performance, interfacing with the Group’s central entities – Ensure integration and communication with other Group functions and customers – Supervise and ensure the application of safety regulations. What You Will Bring: – Master/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation or related field – Minimum 10 years experiences in manufacturing industry, especially experience in construction industry -Good understanding/experience in Lean Manufacturing concept – Experience in leadership/senior management role. Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership internally and externally -Business-minded, Self starter mentality and flexible in handling change -Experience in quality methods and practices – Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry. – Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing best practices. – Good English knowledge Who You Are: – Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. – Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
