Description For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization’s profitability and efficiency. Your responsibilities: Analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes; Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency; Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods; Implement continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles. Your background: Degree in engineering or business administration; > 1 year of experience in continuous improvement, Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2-C1); Good knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus.
