Business Analyst – Project Manager Lending Team

Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan a: Business Analyst – Project Manager Lending Team Within the dedicated team you will support the Senior team member in the following activities: – identification of project requirements by interviewing employees/departments; – analyzing operations; – determining project scope; – documenting results; – preparing documents for Governance purpose – accomplish new End-to-End New Product Approval process management for Business Banking and/or Weatlh Management lending products – Audits remediations plans, taking into consideration local peculiarities and global processes – Change the Bank projects related to new process or products in the Lending area – Performing periodical controls and reporting in line with local policies/KOD and/or external regulations requirements applicable in Italy – In general the resource will provide administrative support to ensure on time delivery of presentations/documentation and analysis on Lending products/process The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, computer science, or a related major is required. – Previous experience in the banking industry is a preferred selection criteria – Previous experience in Lending Area to Private and/or Commercial clients is a plus – Very good knowledge of English The candidate we are looking for has a previous experience of 6/12 months in project management activities. We offer a fixed term contract of 6 months, that can be extended – RAL 31K.
