THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a talented professional with experience in digital project delivery and a strong passion for technology, looking for a new opportunity as a Senior E-commerce Project Manager in our exciting Operations team, with 5-8 years of experience in digital projects delivery/system integrations What you’ll do: Manage and deliver project streams to drive growth in global omni-channel eCommerces for luxury fashion: you’ll own a portfolio of complex projects to be delivered (websites, integrations, functionalities) identifying and implementing solutions based on new and already existing technology. You’ll be in charge of managing project scope, quality, cost, and speed of execution; Be a point of reference inside and outside TLG supporting projects scoping, requirements definition and prioritization, managing stakeholders during the project’s execution (status, risks, concerns, change requests, SLAs), collaborating with other exceptional professionals to maximize your projects results; Be responsible for customers and colleagues experience, proactively improving systems, tools and processes as well as promoting a culture of quality; What we’re looking for: 5-8 years of experience in digital projects delivery / systems integration 2 years of experience in e-commerce projects Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, resources and estimates, setting project standards and writing documentation Experience in front-facing clients and managing their expectations Experience in leading teams, coordinating technical professionals (web developers, sysops, q&a, web designers) and third parties, both internal and external, and ensuring that everyone is aligned on procedures and deadlines Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize needs into business and product requirements Experience communicating requirements through schemes and diagrams Tech geek inside able to understand and discuss technical concepts in a business & creative environment A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to make things happen Ability to address challenges and enjoying it Positive attitude – and fun to work with What we offer: Competitive compensation package (compared to your professional background) Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects Be part of the young (30 on avg.) and international (26 nationalities) TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment We hire for potential, and we reward based on impact.
