We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Pharma Field Project Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing field-based projects and initiatives related to our specialty and primary care therapeutic area. Your project management skills and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives Main Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for field-based projects in the specialty and primary care therapeutic area. Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to align project objectives with business goals. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Field Team Interaction: Manage and provide guidance to field-based teams, including sales representatives and medical science liaisons, to ensure they are aligned with project objectives and deliverables. Monitor and assess the performance of field teams, providing feedback and support as needed, in relation to the designed and implemented projects. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to project performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update senior management on project status and outcomes. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all field-based activities and projects adhere to local and international regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with regulatory affairs and compliance teams as needed. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget constraints. Provide financial reports and recommendations to senior management. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues proactively. Ensure that projects are executed with a focus on quality and compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus). Minimum of [X] years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a strong understanding of the specialty and primary care therapeutic areas. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
