We now need to expand our leadership team to manage our hyper-growth trajectory Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Client Ambassador& Advisor to join our dynamic team at Innoleaps Italy. This pivotal role involves expanding our reach and service offerings to senior executives of large corporations, leveraging your extensive network of C-levels. As Senior Client Ambassador & Advisor, you will take charge of business development, supported by the Innoleaps team, and will manage your client accounts once new programs are activated. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage senior executives within large companies to promote Innoleaps’ services Collaborate with the Innoleaps team to create tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiations Manage the client relationship and client P&L once new programs are initiated. Contribute to the growth and reputation of Innoleaps Italy through thought leadership and networking Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate innovation ecosystem Qualifications: 10 years of experience as an executive within large corporations and/or as a corporate advisor in the innovation/tech field. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management in service industries A strong network of senior executives in the corporate sector Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for results Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of corporate innovation trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in Italian and English Engagement Framework: For the first months, the role will be structured as a consulting agreement on a part-time basis, with the goal of building new business opportunities with new corporate clients. Once meaningful partnerships have been activated, the role can evolve into a full-time partnership agreement including equity components. What do we bring to the table?
