The Client Engagement Manager, Northern Europe is the primary agent in delivering this promise across a key territory. They will set the tone for our local clienteling culture and ensure the flawless execution of our strategic approach. They will be a champion of cross-functional workflows and ensure that our client approach is grounded in the right insights and business objectives that deliver maximum ROI. Job Description Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Working alongside the Head of Marketing, Northern Europe, develop and execute the strategic vision and seasonal plans for Gucci Client Engagement in the Northern Europe territory. Provide thought leadership and a visible connection to the client landscape across the Northern Europe territory. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, and continually analyze the potential for new ways of working. Ensure an innate collaboration with the Northern Europe Retail Area Managers, with all client activity developed in partnership and that the retail community are informed and onboard with the approach. Be present and visible to in-store teams, coach and support them to develop a client-oriented mindset Partner with retail functions (RAMs & Store teams) to develop action plans for key clients that increases retention, repurchase and overall commercial return, particularly within the high-end category. Work collaboratively with the EMEA Client Engagement Team to support the development and delivery of Northern Europe client engagement activity, ensuring continuous alignment to the broader strategic approach, timings, and objectives. Partner with the Northern Europe Product and Visual Merchandising functions to ensure client activity is aligned to product focus, volume flow and visual guidelines. Work cross functionally with the Northern Europe Brand Communications team to ensure consistency with their activation strategy and that key moments for brand, product and client are aligned. Inspire, lead and manage a Client Engagement team of 2, ensure they are clear on the strategic vision and their role within the business Provide guidance and support in their professional progression. Provide timely updates to the wider Gucci business on the Northern Europe client approach. Our strategy, activations, and the results we deliver. Ensure accurate management and communication of the Gucci Northern Europe Client Engagement budget. Functional Requirements Previous Client Engagement/CRM experience at management level, within the fashion/luxury sector. Proven ability to drive high profile brand visibility and client animation that delivers measurable results. A strong knowledge of CRM tools and trends and the ability to interpret data and translate it in a digestible way. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. An engaging and impactful communicator who is comfortable with public speaking to a large audience. Proven track record of in store and off-site event management. Proficient with Microsoft 360, Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility to travel.
