Responsibilities: Assist in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.). Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies. Assist in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments. Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style. Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals. Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success. Identify risks and assumptions and shapes program governance. Take part in large Digital Trasformation engagements with cross-functional teams; Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions. Qualifications/Technical Skillset: Determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation. Decomposition of high-level information into details; Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability; Classifying prioritizing requirements; Object Oriented techniques using UML models; Applying creativity/innovation to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; Effective verbal/ written communication; preparing and delivering effective presentations; Function Point counting; survey design and execution; statistical analysis; Visualization modeling; Business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans. Education and Skills: 2 – 5 years experience in Energy and Utilities domain Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written). Nice to have IIBA CBAP™ (or equivalent) certification obtained.
