Partner with Internal Customers from Industrial Operations Functions in Europe (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and collaborate closely with Corporate IT to understand key initiatives, engage the right resources, explore alternatives and deploy the best solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology platforms. Coordinate the IT Operations for the EU industrial sites supporting active campaigns, optimizing IT costs and ensuring the solutions Main Responsibilities Your Contributions Develop the technology strategy that matches Company’s objectives and growth strategies and transforms manufacturing processes Partner with Industrial Operations stakeholders to lead solutions development, cost estimates and IT schedule for IT projects based on business requirements and scope Organize and Coordinate the recurring IT Operations consistently with the company IT standards Act as a primary responsible and point of contact for the Industrial sites leadership when it comes to IT services coordinating with the other IT functions to propose consistent solutions Plan and allocate resources on project activities and monitor their progress, participate at steering committee and implement the decisions, progressively check with Business Key Users that the requirements are being respected Oversee and manage all non-recurring IT work for new facilities to included requirements, procurement, build, and deployment. Ensure timely IT infrastructure and software deployment to meet program schedules. Manage project risks and issues Ensure the solidity of IT solutions developed, collaborating with professionals both internal and external to the organization Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility You Education Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Computer Science or similar) or equivalent experience. or equivalent subject. – Experience Minimum 8 years of experience working with project teams in an international manufacturing environment in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical sector, supporting technologies and business Preferred experience in rolling our large-scale, transformational platforms Deep knowledge of industrial and Manufacturing environments Deep knowledge of systems and technology driven processes in Industrial Operations · Good knowledge of one or more of the following application platforms will represent a plus in the evaluation: – LIMS Labware; – HxGN (Infor) EAM; – SCADA Platforms Knowledge of the main ERP SAP integration frameworks and platforms as well as adjacent technologies to support Manufacturing Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle management Good knowledge the foundational programming languages and frameworks (e.g. SQL HTML, C++, Visual Basic, Java, Office (advanced Excel) Knowledge of software validation best practices (GAMP Example 5) Knowledge of the Project Management practice and Proven ability to successfully deliver medium to large projects Knowledge of the IT Service Management main frameworks (eg.
