ROLE DESCRIPTION : As part of our Marketing and Sales team will have a double role: accounting a number of clients and support the business dev of the company with the aim of increasing the number of clients. Key responsibilities will include : Fluent Italian (mother tongue or bilingual) Successfully engage with the clients driving marketing activities from the selling to planning and execution phase Customer Management Ensure good delivery of all marketing activities Achieve high level of customer satisfaction Be an evangelist for the Group, clearly explaining its value proposition to clients and prospects at meetings, during phone call and any other specific initiative Accurate in all the tasks to manage Skills and experience required: The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience in similar marketing and sales roles in the ICT B2B market Bachelor Degree “Laurea Specialistica” or “vecchio ordinamento” in Economics or Marketing Minimum 4 years’ experience in the ICT market – B2B segment (mandatory) Proven ability in successful customer engagement and sales attitude Proactivity: we really need a person curious always looking for new useful marketing services to propose to customer to satisfy their needs Experienced in marketing strategy and knowledge of: Digital marketing Demand generation campaigns Event organisation Experience in projects and budget management Very good level of the English language, both written and spoken Flexibility and ability to work on different projects Strong interpersonal skills and capability to build strong professional relationship Ability to work in a team, strong drive to achieve common goals Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point Strong focus on customer satisfaction This job requires flexibility and availability to travel. During the interview, the candidate will be required to undergo tests of the knowledge of the English language and the Office tools. The type of contract: temporary (minimum 1 year of contract) Level of contract will be defined based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
