Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Your mission: As true expert in Corporate Social Responsibility, your role will be to contribute, implement and localize the CSR strategy defined and implemented at B&B HOTELS Group level within all the Italian region organization. Reporting to the CEO you will work with all functions (Operations, HR, Legal, Marketing and communication, Technical, etc.) to implement the CSR action plans specific to your region, with a view to continuous improvement and in line with the guidelines defined by the Group. As such, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the positioning of B&B Hotels as a “Leader Value for Money” with a CSR Commitment; Contributing to the identification, definition and scale-up of CSR-related innovation products and Services in your region and identify the relevant local partners; Translating the Groups climate strategy into concrete action plans (energy efficiency, use of renewable energies, sustainable use of resources, responsible sourcing, circular economy, etc.); Roll out and localize the Group partnership policy in the areas of inclusion, education and disability; Deploying the Sustainability Management System (SMD) in the area and ensure that all certifications are maintained; Ensuring regular reporting of ESG data as part of the Group’s sustainable development reporting system; Representing the region in the CSR committees animated by the Group CSR team; Customizing and animating the CSR communication and awareness programs for employees, customers and partners for the region in collaboration with the Group CSR and communication teams; Setting up “the best-in-class” sector and regional regulatory watch on CSR issues; Profile: With a higher education degree specializing in environmental or sustainable development issues (engineering, business school), you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position with an environmental consulting firm and/or a player in the retail, hotel or real estate sector; With a sound knowledge of CSR issues and related regulations, you are recognized for your analytical skills, rigor and excellent interpersonal skills; Fluent in Italian and English.
