What you will be doing Product management activities for the assigned products and solutions, in close collaboration with Ricoh Europe, strategic partners, other marketing functions and sales. Position assigned products and solutions based on market, customer and competitor analyses and intelligence, to ensure the portfolio is leading the applicable market needs and expectations Manage pricing (price setting) decisions, margin optimization, rebates and marketing support funds to achieve local budget targets Manage compliance requirements Lifecycle management and operational and commercial market readiness, and ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, customer validation, use cases, value propositions, costing/ pricing/quoting materials etc) on time and within budget Support marketing activities (e.g. buyer personas, competitive positioning, market requirements, launch plan) and drive engagement with commercial teams Monitor sales progress against budget and identify tactical actions (e.g. promotions, campaigns, etc.) to support budget achievement on sales channels Sales enablement on both channels (direct and indirect) in terms of training activities and deliverables Provide assistance to sales reps on specific tender requirements or product-related requests You will ideally have Strong experience in Office Printing industry Product management and/or solution management experience Strong collaboration and cross-functional working skills Ability to coordinate with internal functions (e.g sales, service, legal, administration) to timely deliver new products on the market in line with Ricoh Europe roadmaps Ability to develop and define strategies to support budget achievements In return for your commitment, you can expect • A competitive salary package • Industry leading benefits Ricoh is an exceptional place to work.
