To complete the Finance department we are looking for a purchasing manager. Main duties and responsibilities: Coordinate and plan the various stages of goods purchasing starting from choosing suppliers and drafting supply orders to storing goods; Bin stocks, check incoming goods and manage the sorting of goods in the various departments; Organize and structure the monthly inventory; do inventory valuation; do cost analysis with emphasis on food cost; manage warehouse personnel.
