PeopleSoft HCM-eRecruitment Developer- REMOTE – UN-agency-client – EN-speaking We are looking for one “remote PeopleSoft HCM-eRecruitment Developer” to start ASAP an initial contract til February 2024 (extensions possible) for an international Org’ -client in ROME, where 100% REMOTE work is possible. Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment. Our client is an international organisation in Rome and a great reference in any CV 100% Off-site/Off-shore. A competitive rate will increase chances to be selected. Technical Context Our client uses PeopleSoft HCM and Financials, version 9.2. An extensive array of modules are used in both systems, as it serves as the primarily system for Administrative, Human and Financial management. Peoplesoft is integrated with a number of internal systems, including an Oracle Data warehouse used for all corporate reporting. Our client uses PeopleSoft Financials as the backbone of Financial management and processing. TASKS Under the general supervision and technical coordination of the ICT Solutions manager, and as part of the ERP Solutions team, you will provide technical expertise to address and resolve user change requests and issues in HCM. Provide development of change requests and issue resolution in HCM, specifically in e-Recruitment. Debug issues to identify causes and provide solutions on how to resolve Develop technical solutions for user issues, including updates to Peoplecode, SQL scripts or other scripts to resolve data issues, updates or amendments to workflow. Resolve performance issues in processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing remediations Prepare projects and accompanying documentation for the PeopleSoft support team to migrate project to production. Carry out quality control checks on the development of others and the documentation accompanying the projects. Ensure that project and lessons learned documentation is maintained in the ICT document management system Report any system issues promptly to ICT management Support the application of patches, PUMs and testing post application, working closely with the database managers. Manage any issues with integrations either between PS dbs or with external systems. This work will include liaising with business owners of external systems as well as external vendors. SKILLS At least 6 year’s experience of working with the listed modules in PeopleSoft, s pecifically in HCM with expert knowledge of e-Recruitment, in at least version 9.X Highly skilled knowledge of People Tools 8.5x Highly skilled knowledge of PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow Demonstrable knowledge of security components in Peoplesoft, with ability to setup or modify security components as required Strong demonstrable knowledge of problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non- technical user group Strong demonstrable knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in HCM Experience of approval workflow – creating new complex workflows Experience of designing integration broker messages and component interfaces and other integration methods including preferably, solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions AWARD & OTHERS The applicants attention is drawn to the important role that the curriculum vitae plays in the evaluation.
