Your major objective is to succeed in improving and guaranteeing the success capacities of projects by strengthening or implementing new solutions or procedures, while ensuring the respect, improvement and continuity of those which have demonstrated their effectiveness. The Project Manager is able to mobilize the resources and skills necessary to maintain a transversal vision using various technologies. More specifically, the focus will be on identifying traceability data, securing this data, making it available for internal or external use (customers in particular). To do this, it will be necessary to identify all the relevant information to be kept during the product production and shipping cycle, then to set up all the business· processes and their associated resources. The main missions 1 – Coordination and allocation of resources • Coordinate all interlocutors to ensure the consistency of projects. • Develop the schedule and ensure that it is respected. • Be the point of reference during meetings and write reports that are sent to everyone. • Identify the risks and assess the criticality of the available resources. 2- Organization of activities • Develop a global vision in order to articulate all the projects in order to achieve a specific objective. • Identify slow times in program deployment in order to optimize them, through the buy-in of all stakeholders. • Identify the risks inherent in the deployment of a program and manage them. 3- Deployment of projects • Ensure the deployment of the project on various aspects (quality of deliverables, compliance with the schedule, progress on digital projects, etc.). • Determine the points of friction in the progress of the project and resolve them in order to facilitate the deployment of the program. • Develop and deploy bug resolution methods around projects. • Set up and manage the system for monitoring compliance with procedures and methods. Required skills You need to have: Proficiency in various tools, such as CRM (Salesforce, Adobe), ERP (SAP or Oracle type) or a ticketing tool (JIRA, Confluence) Knowledge of budget management tools, financial methods Mastery of planning methods, type PERT, GANT Mastery of cost calculation methods (management control), full cost type, and profit centres Very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of technical and functional issues on different subjects (CRM, deployment of an ERP, ticketing tool, etc.) English proficiency Analytical mind Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships Commercial and business awareness Good communication skills – both written and verbal A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data Ability to stick to time constraints Problem solving skills Critical thinking skills Teamwork and collaboration skills Adaptability skills Work ethic Project management skills It would be great if you had: French is a plus The candidate should be graduated in Engineering and have 3-5 year experience in the major consultancy companies.
