Our Client is an Italian organization leader in the distribution of chemical products for the Italian market now belonging to an North European international Group. Role A senior IT professional/specialist with full command of IT infrastructure management and ERP project management, with solid consulting/outsourcing coordination skills, with a sound expertise in mid-size local branch (sales and logistics) to be further integrated within an international headquarter’s IT processes and platforms. Main responsibilities: Supervision of company systems and procedures; Management integration of the Group/Holding Company; New ERP (SAP) go live in few years; Supervise the correct management of the “Group” information systems; Govern the IT infrastructure of the two legal entities/organizational units; Uniform the corporate procedures of the two legal entities/organizational units. Requirements University Degree in Computer Science is more than nice to have; Current AS400 expertise and SAP go live and projects’ expertise; Overall experience of at least 10 years gained first in IT technical roles and then in in-house information systems management and/or PM consulting roles, for commercial/production companies; 3 Years of experience in a similar role; At least one experience in a branch of a (european) multinational company with a headquarter abroad; Experience in processes’organization/ change management; Fluent in English and Italian, both written and oral command; further languages knowledges are nice to have (German); Project Management; Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively; Team orientated, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach; Excellent standard of report writing and verbal skills; Demonstrate strong communication skills and influencing capabilities in a international matrix organisation, with a parent company and head quarter abroad.
