Cybersecurity Manager

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager with experience gained in structured and well-organized environments. Reporting to the Global ICT Director, the Cybersecurity Manager is accountable for ensuring the security of the organization’s data and IT infrastructure in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, local regulations and operational instructions. Job Responsibilities: Manage the Cybersecurity Governance System and the Cybersecurity People Awareness at Global Level Work closely and coordinate with business stakeholders and service providers while providing conducting security assessments, implementing security policies, designing security training materials, organizing training sessions, providing technical support, and communicating security policies and procedures. Understand the current and assure the implementation the future Information Security operating model, based on common standards, local regulations, industry best practices and market requirements; Identify key security initiatives using a risk-based and business priority focused approach; Supervise threat and risk analysis and assure that the business impact of new and existing systems and technologies are analyzed, to eliminate risks and performance, and capacity issues; Supervise the vulnerability management system; Implement information security standards, guidelines, and procedures; Keep up to date with new intrusion methods and develop protection plans; Manage the Cybersecurity Incident procedure and assess and report risk ratings for vulnerabilities based on company policies and maintain IT security controls documentation; Grant permissions and privileges to authorized users. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or any related field; Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated professional experience in IT Security, working for worldwide IT organizations or consulting companies; CISM, CISA, CISSP certifications are preferred; Excellent communication skills (English and Italian), including the ability to explain technical aspects to business stakeholders; Results orientation, strong problem solving and negotiation capabilities.
