Inviting applications for the role of HR Business Partner – Manager – English – Genpact Italy Responsibilities • Actively participates in aligning the human resources strategy to the business imperatives in cooperation with local business leaders and ensure a good employee experience to all employees. • Owns staffing, retention, engagement, performance management, talent development and C&B targets for our teams in Western Europe countries (with priority on Italy, secondary on Spain, France, Portugal). • Monitors competitiveness of human resources process with local labor market practices and actively participates in the, go to market” people strategy. • Handles procedure and supports the organization on performance and talent management and organizational planning. • Ensures that the organization has the right resources, capabilities and talent to deliver immediate and future strategic objectives. • Enables a culture of opportunities by crafting and implementing programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviors, experience and performance. • Establishes and maintains a good relationship with local management and leadership and offers experienced advice in all matters relating to employment relations. • Leads the complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. • Supports organizational transformation and change processes from HR perspective. • Contributes to the continuous transformation of the HR processes across the region working with Europe/Global HR team. • Supports growth projects, as part of the deal cycle, representing the HR stream and front facing customers in such projects. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications • University degree or equivalent • CIPD or equivalent HR certification is a plus. • Relevant experience in SSC/BPO with good competency in org design, employee engagement and retention, labor relations/employee grievances in Italy; other countries like Spain/France/Portugal are an advantage. • Knowledge of Italy/Spain/France/Portugal specific market, trends and employee benefits is an advantage. • Experience managing in matrixed organization structures with virtual teams required. • Proficient in English • Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics. Preferred Qualifications • Passionate HR Professional with high work ethics • Continuous learning attitude, willing to stay relevant. • Resilience and continuous adaptation to change, leads and handles changes. • Analytical, data driven, with well-articulated thoughts and good influencing skills. • Collaboration skills: proactively approaches immediate and extended team for solving problems or building new solutions. Listens to reflect and drives open collaborative environment. • Able to work optimal in a multicultural team and in a hybrid work model. • Highly results oriented and action implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes. • Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects.
