Pre-sales and after-sales Customer support. Definition of system requirements and architecture based on customer’sspecifications. Preparation of technical proposals and support to sales for budgeting. Product presentations and launches at customer sites in close cooperation with the sales department. Final acceptance tests. Customers trainings, seminars and events, developing customized contents. Customer post-sale technical support and solution development. Work closely with Sales to gather market requirements. Work closely with a globally distributed team of experts for best practice on product improvements. Knowledge of Radiocommunication, Radiomonitoring, Radio location equipment and systems; Signal analysis; Satellite communications; Public networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE 5G); IP networks; Cyber security (encryption, firewalling, key management). Good command of spoken and written English. Availability to travel in Italy and Europe. Driving license. Interested?
