The candidate will be responsible for providing relevant, timely and actionable insights to actively support Consumer Centric organization. • This position encompasses collecting and analyzing Consumer information coming from a variety of traditional (off-the-shelf or customized research techniques including focus groups, online communities, exit surveys, etc.) and non-traditional sources (i.e. desk research, digital sources, market visits, consumer interviews, etc.) in order to generate Consumer trends and insights. • Maintenance of standard research tools on a monthly basis, making sure that processes are respected and deliverables are in line with stakeholders expectations. • Maintaining data management systems and back-end data infrastructure Specific Responsibilities: Execute market research activities in order to gather actionable Consumer insights, which are reliable base for Consumer Centric decisions. Develop Market Research Requests, Questionnaires and/or Focus Groups Discussions guides for ad hoc market research studies in cooperation with external suppliers (market research agencies) and/or PMI Market Research Cluster (outside of Italy) in order to ensure that findings will correspond to PMI internal clients’ needs. Closely cooperate with market research agencies in order to ensure timely delivery and accurate research data and reports, and provide feedbacks in order to improve conclusions, recommendations and form of the final reports. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns, as well as handling data management systems. Handling different research systems on a daily basis, with preparing periodical and ad hoc reports. Who we’re looking for: Master degree with background in economy or statistics preferred (but not required). Psychology, sociology also welcome A high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel and Power Point is necessary. Solid experience working with Power BI data (also other tools are welcomed: Stratifyd, Qualtrics, Tableau, SPSS, etc.). Mother tongue Italian and Fluent in English (International team). Passion for understanding Consumers and finding patterns in the data is required. Looking for candidates that are open-minded, curious and have strong attention to details. Comfortable working in a virtual team and working across different cultures. Continuous learning and experimenting required, problem solving mindset is an advantage.
