Are you ready to ignite the future of logistics together? We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Specialist to join us in our Milan office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations within a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department’s mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and systems. You will work closely with the HR team and cross-functional departments to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits support and handle HR operational tasks. Your Responsibilities Compensation and Benefits – Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee perks. – Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys to ensure our offerings remain competitive. – Supporting the annual compensation review. – Respond to manager/employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits packages. HR Operations & Project Management – Monthly preparation of HR section for board meeting deck. – Oversee and manage all HR Third-Party relationships, including registration in our internal portal and serving as the point of contact for initiating Purchase Orders (POs), monitoring payment processing, handling advance payments and credit notes. – Statutory hiring support: Collaborating with third parties and monitoring the hiring status. – Ownership and maintenance of job description catalogue – Responsible for managing the HR Team Meeting schedule. – Policy and guidelines: monitoring document statuses and writing/updating. Data Analysis – Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. – Prepare reports and presentations for HR management on various HR metrics and key performance indicators. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree Strong interest in compensation and benefits administration and HR operations. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
