Putting focus on upskilling people in EMEA region, helping markets and central teams to have high performing teams based on best in class collaboration and skills in place Your responsibilities will include Responsible for executing the learning strategy and for developing or acquiring appropriate training support for Supply Chain teams and helping to improve the core capabilities of the organization to manage new customer relationships. Support the execution of the SC learning strategy. Provide fact-based insight by recognising best practices in SC Solutions across market and central team Plan and execute programmes which optimize our people engagements leading to improved outcomes and the achievement of results partnering with HRBP: Define and execute a training needs analysis programme Establish training needs for the SC team Define training solutions to be developed within the team or through external organizations Developing and coordinating specific training and education programmes and onboarding programs Support the building of a business case(s) to for funding for training and development Be responsible for the production, maintenance & distribution of e-learning content Act as a project manager responsible for planning and delivery of training programmes Develop and upgrade Supply Chain Portal Track training impact and results Minimum requirements Bachelor/Master’s degree Proven similar experience in the role ( in particular in the management of execution of learning strategy) Experience in Supply Chain but not limited.
