HR Digital Transformation Specialist (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT) Apply Now Position Bulgari S.p.A, within the Corporate Human Resources Department based in Rome , is looking for an HR Digital Transformation Specialist (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT) The candidate will be reporting to the HR Digital Transformation Senior Manager and will support all the activities within the HR Innovation & Digital Transformation roadmap, in close connection with the IT Department. Main Accountabilities: Support the harmonization for key HR processes, data set quality and procedures. Support all teams involved in the daily activities, cooperating with the dedicated IT team, in line with the different phases of the target HR streams. Support the full preparation of materials to train all HR teams. Support to evolution of the integrated KPIs dashboard and following consistency checks. Support all change management activities and cooperate with the communication streams. Profile Qualifications: At least one year’s experience in HR digital transformation consultancy practice or in companies that has started the digital transformation process. Project Management. Strong understanding of HR Data Management and Quality. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially excel. Basic use and analysis on SAP HR is considered as a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
