Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time. As a UX/UI Designer at Exelab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. Your primary focus will be on creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation of your designs. Responsibilities Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to existing products. Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and developers to translate design concepts into functional and implementable product features. Work with stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives, and use this knowledge to inform your design process. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights to inform your design decisions, aiming for user-centric and data-driven design solutions. Design and iterate responsive user interfaces for websites, digital platforms, and apps, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user experience across all platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Requirements and Skills Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX and UI design, with a proven track record of creating engaging and visually appealing designs. Experience in web agencies is a plus. A strong and diverse portfolio that showcases your design skills, including websites, user interfaces, and user experiences. Solid understanding of web development processes and constraints to design products that are feasible and can be successfully implemented. Knowledge of user research techniques, usability principles, and best practices in interaction design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Xd, Sketch, etc. Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design decisions.
