eMobility Marketing Product Manager

Your m ission We are looking for a Product Manager for eMobility. You will be responsible for managing the products from marketing point of view and defining the best strategy for the Italian market. A constant cooperation with the channel marketing and the Italian sales teams will be required, in addition to frequent exchange with the Global Bus iness Unit in English. You will join the marketing team in Italy Country Organization as Product Manager and y ou will take a deep interest in: defining marketing strategies for the eMobility business grow, developing the right Go To Market for the new offers, organizing product launches, support sales team and customers, understanding Italian customers’ needs, competitors benchmark and price positioning, training and customer presentations. You will work closely with all the company departments, including supply chain, quality and finance. What will you do? Define and deploy launch plans for the new products, including tailored trainings and presentations on sales team and customers Identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market based on data analysis Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy Assess the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks, define price strategy and influence Global projects held by Business unit according to Italian market needs Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the ranges in the portfolio Support local pre-sales and commercial teams Provide proposals and develop contents to increase the customer configuration experience through Schneider Electric software and tools (eXteem) What qualifications will make you successful? Comfortable with office software (Office 365) and open to discover new digital configuration tools (preferred: eXteem basic knowledge) Excellent team working skills Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data Passionate for customers and eMobility business Interdisciplinary thinker with synthesis capability Excellent communicator Fluent with presentations Good electrical networks and IoT knowledge High organization of the job Experience in eMobility market Fluent English What’s in it for me?
