This first place rewards the consistency and sustainability of our approach To accelerate the growth of our subsidiary in Italy, we are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to finalizing employment contracts. Please note that to be selected, you must not have worked in Italy before. Requirements: You have no previous experience in Italy Languages: -Native or Full professional proficiency in Italian (mandatory) -Professional proficiency in English Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with our Business Development Team to identify recruitment needs Create and distribute job advertisements across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards Proactively source and attract qualified candidates Conduct telephone screenings and pre-selection interviews Perform assessment interviews and present top candidates to sales managers Manage the candidate database, including interview reports and other pertinent information Facilitate follow-up interviews and coordinate feedback processes Contribute to HR cross-functional projects such as enhancing candidate experience and planning recruitment events Participate in recruitment and employer branding initiatives, such as university forums and recruitment fairs Exciting international experience Challenging and impactful missions International events Dynamic working environment In-house events Profile: Bac5, Engineering or Business School 0-4 years of experience preferred Ability to effectively analyze candidate skills and expectations and communicate in face-to-face interactions Proactive and professional approach, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Demonstrated initiative, creativity, can-do attitude, goal orientation, and self-motivation Nice to have: experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and employment contract negotiations Nice to have: experience in utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other digital tools to streamline processes, manage candidate data, and leverage technology for effective sourcing and communication If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth by attracting and selecting top talent, we would love to hear from you.
