You will build up and establish a strong business partnership with Manufacturing Managers & Team Leaders and contribute to implement a suitable HR strategy that enables the Operations to achieve the growth goals as well as the organizational development; Pro-actively support managers to ensure an excellent employee experience through: overview and address the engagement surveys results partnering with leaders to deliver timely and effective communications; recommending and implementing strategies for maintaining a positive work environment; counseling and coaching the Manufacturing management; Coordinate a Team of HR Business partners and HR on shift guaranteeing a standard approach and methods concerning all main HR processes; Drive the change management process, with a main focus on the development and strengthening of management leadership behaviors, in compliance with the new Company leadership model. Work in close collaboration with HR Functions and Manufacturing mgt team, to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness and collaboration and to ensure the best results for the business Profile Master Degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology Communication, Political Sciences or Law or similar areas of expertise At least 6 years of experience in similar roles in structured HR Organizations Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to deal with different level of the organization Problem Solving, goal oriented and able to manage complex organizational environment Job location 6-10 years Languages English (2- Business fluent) Requester 01/07/2023 General information Reference 2023-34160 Job level 40 – Experienced You may be interested in these vacancies J-18808-Ljbffr
