Continuous Improvement Lead

If you are an ambitious, self-starter and bright project leader, who’s worked for an international organization in process improvement positions, this might be the role for you. We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead who initiates, drives and implements improvement initiatives for our business unit’s quote, order and documentation processes. To be successful in this role you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize internal processes and tools with the goal of delivering performance aligned with our strategic plan. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: As the CI lead, your responsibility includes mapping, optimizing and continuously overseeing the business unit’s Order, Quote and Documentation processes. Your goal is to increase efficiency and productivity while driving standardization and adoption among the teams. Leveraging your deep understanding of our business systems and processes, combined with gathering insights from functional teams, you will conduct data analysis and deep dive into our processes to pinpoint the most significant inefficiencies in our Quote-to-Cash cycle. Using CI methodology, you will identify process improvement opportunities while considering the bigger picture. You will drive the implementation of these improvements across Europe, contributing to the development and delivery of training material and ensuring that it’s properly stored, updated and distributed. For This Role, You Will Need: Technical educational background 5 years relevant experience in multinational Sales/Operations/ Customer Care environment Solid understanding of CRM, BI tools and ERP systems including Oracle and SAP Proven experience in managing cross functional teams or projects Very good understanding of Quote-to-Cash Cycle If this sounds like you, please apply.
