Responsibilities Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data needed for planning and reporting purposes Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations Monitor and track progress of projects and initiatives, identifying potential risks and issues Conduct research and analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings related to planning and reporting Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Proven experience in planning and reporting, preferably in the IT and Services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficient in using planning and reporting tools and software Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams J-18808-Ljbffr
