Our Research & Innovation Team is dedicated to the development, testing and release for production of a wide range of systems and components. Our systems include installations in which one or more generators are present (e.g. Hybrid, HHP, WHB, GAHP, HPWH, Thermal Solar) and they are connected via bus communication with other system components. We are currently looking for a R&D and Documentation Senior Specialist to join the Team, reporting to the System Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of creating System Documentation, with the aim of providing to the markets all the remarkable training info, installation info and technical guidelines to R&D stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES: As Documentation Senior Specialist you will responsible for: Define training and installation manual content including R&D guidelines, quality needs and customer feedback. Produce/Create new System Cards (hydraulic schemes documentation related to new system projects) and keeps existing ones updated. Manage the relationship with external supplier supporting manuals and documentation implementation. As R&D Senior Specialis t you will be involved in R&D Energy management projects: Lead internal and external resources and budget to reach project goals in terms of quality, cost, products performance and Time to Market. Interact with marketing in order to the understand market needs and so being able to define systems specifications and eventually propose new systems solutions. In collaboration with System Validation Manager, define test plans in order to guarantee the quality of systems launched on the markets. Evaluate OEM (original equipment manufactured) products interfaces with Ariston systems, e.g. fan coils, VMC, de-humidifiers, photovoltaic, interfaces to domotic systems and design the functionality of such OEM products and Ariston systems in order to have them working together. Interact with service, quality and pre-sales in order to analyze problems reported and propose corrective actions. QUALIFICATION: Master’s Degree in Energy Engineer or Mechanical Engineer (specialization in heating/cooling and domestic hot water systems will be a plus). Experience in creating, editing the technical, installation documentation and System cards. A good knowledge of Illustrator and Hydrosim will be a plus. Basics of project management. Good knowledge of heating/cooling and domestic hot water system integration, control logics, hydraulics, heat pumps, emitters, renewable energy. problem solving and communication skills. Fluent English is a must. Availability to travel. Location: The role is based in Osimo (AN) with the opportunity of some remote working (in a hybrid environment).
