Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in defined foreign markets. The position can be based remotely in Italy, the closer to our San Marino site the better, but we remain open to consider other possibilities. Our future colleague will be traveling about 50% of the time with this position (mainly in EU). Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the achievement of turnover targets. • Supervise the activities of each distributor. • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with customers and distributors. • Identify and onboard new customers and distributors in assigned foreign markets to expand our client base. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. • Collaborate in defining and executing the sales budget for assigned areas in alignment with the Sales Manager. Job Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of Export Manager/International Sales. • Preferably possess experience in the Food Industry. • Excellent proficiency in English (knowledge of French or Hungarian is a plus). • Willingness to travel to assigned territories for about 50% of the working time (both within and outside the EU). • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit. • Flexibility and adaptability are highly valued attributes for this role.
